Our Mission
At Tiny Spoon, we aim to accommodate gluten free dietary restrictions without compromising the quality of the dessert. We are dedicated to changing people’s perception that gluten free products are inferior to regular products, and to share the belief that dietary restrictions shouldn’t be isolating to those who have them. Our donuts are fresh, and they are safely made in a dedicated gluten free kitchen.

Roughly 2.5 years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Adjusting to this change was not easy. To regain my health, I had to sacrifice so many of the things I loved to eat. I have been passionate about baking for most of my life. As a professional baker who has worked at several bakeries, I have developed an appreciation for the artistry required to create top-tier desserts. Through my diagnosis of celiac disease, I discovered a whole new world of baking that has different rules and so much potential. It is a struggle to find safe and delicious food that is gluten free, which is why I have developed my own recipe for yeast donuts so alike their gluten containing counterparts, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

Are all your donuts gluten-free?
Yes! All of the products we sell are gluten free. As a celiac myself, I understand the importance of avoiding gluten contamination in all stages of the baking process.
What ingredients do you use to make your gluten-free donuts?
We use a custom flour blend that includes rice, tapioca, and potato flour.
Do you offer any vegan options?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the capacity to offer any vegan options.
How do you prevent cross-contamination with gluten-containing ingredients?
We do not use gluten in our truck at all, and we have carefully chosen where we source our ingredients to avoid any contamination before they reach us!
